如果您在Montana经营或管理工作场所——办公室、商店、工地或工厂——法律要求您在员工中配备足够的受训急救员，以便在紧急情况下随时救助同事。

工作场所急救并非一种职业资格：这是雇主的义务，即根据员工人数和风险等级指定并培训足够的急救员，使得同事受伤时有人能立即施救。具体人数和规定取决于Montana适用的法规。
Montana的法律要求
需要多少名指定急救员？
No fixed numeric ratio of first-aiders to employees. Montana has NO state OSHA plan for the private sector — private employers fall under 29 CFR 1910.151(b): where no medical facility is in near proximity, at least one person must be adequately trained in first aid (3-4 minute response for serious-hazard sites). The public sector follows the Montana Safety Culture Act, which mandates safety and training programs but sets no numeric first-aider ratio.

No ban on online training for workplace first-aiders. Online theory training is accepted; a hands-on component is recommended for CPR.
